This is volume 1 of a 2 volume critical edition on the text, translation, and interpretation of the Gospel of Mark. It is also a diglot edition, with the Greek text facing English translation on the opposite pages. The volume begins with an extensive introduction. Then, a complete text apparatus, with critical notes below, is found on even numbered pages, while translation of variants, with critical notes on translation and interpretation, is found below on odd numbered pages. Appendices, an extensive bibliography, and end notes are found at the back of the volume.
