"Mahamudra, A Story" is a personal history of how Erlewine learned Mahamudra Meditation, including both the Common Preliminaries and Uncommon Preliminaries, as well as Lojong mind training, as his introduction to Mahamudra Meditation. This is a non-technical personal history, the story of, as mentioned, the preliminaries and the pointing-out instructions that lead to Recognition of the Mind's Nature, which is the gateway to Mahamudra Meditation.
