Seventy-five years ago a criminal network of humans travelled to Lismar and killed the population for their skins and wings. Hannoki found a way to protect his people with the help of a human, David, who had discovered the illegal trade. Together they were able to stop it.

Now in Part 2 of the Lismarian Series the Lismarians have grown complacent, they are a short lived, primitive race and as a result many now think the accounts of the attacks are a means of controlling the population with fear. When they begin again the strongest need to convince the people of the danger and remember how to protect everyone.

It is a race against time.
