The Word of God tells us that love, which covers multitude of sins, is the fulfilment of the Law. And Jesus Christ tells us that the first and great Commandment is to love the Lord our God with all our heart (spirit), mind (soul), and strength (body). The second Commandment is to love your neighbour, especially the brethren, as yourself. But, what is love? Love suffers long, and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the Truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails; and among faith, hope, and love, love is the greatest of them.
