Aprašymas

Lost Louisiana invites readers into the haunting world of Louisiana's forgotten places, where decay tells powerful stories of the past.

Photographer/explorer Jason Lykins begins alone, venturing into crumbling prisons, derelict industrial sites, and overgrown bayou ruins. His solitary explorations uncover beauty in abandonment and history in the shadows. Then, a message from fellow explorer DeadlyKnot changes everything. A reluctant first meeting inside a decaying New Orleans nursing home sparks an unlikely collaboration--and the birth of Krewe du Exploration.

What follows is an exhilarating journey as the Krewe forms and sets out together, pushing deeper into Louisiana's lost landscapes. From eerie ghost towns to majestic riverside relics, the team shares the thrills, risks, and discoveries that come with chasing the unknown side by side.

Blending striking photography, personal accounts, and the raw excitement of urban exploration, Lost Louisiana chronicles one man's solitary quest that evolves into a shared adventure. It celebrates friendship forged in forgotten places and the enduring pull of the abandoned. For anyone drawn to mystery, history, and the road less traveled, this is an unforgettable ride with the Krewe.
