When I found out how a Plant Based Diet could help me keep the health of my youth and eliminate old age diseases, I became very excited. I began to read all I could about the benefits of following this new lifestyle.
I even went to Hallelujah Acres for their Health Minister Training to help me teach classes and have support groups.
It seemed like once I got started, new ideas for developing recipes kept coming and coming. All this led to my first recipe book which was funded by Mike Hittner, our health food store owner in Wis. Rapids.
It is now the joy of my life to share healthy ideas and delicious food at my potlucks. I have also taken classes to further my skill, and then obtained my Raw Food Chef Certificate.
