A dramatic workshop dealing with the arrival of new employees at work. This guide enables companies to run an in house development session to asses their own culture towards on boarding employees and what might be going wrong in integrating people successfully. Rather than being a simple presentation of what goes wrong and how companies and organisations can be more successful at this, those involved play the character parts and feel and understand the emotions of new joiners. It leads to an action play and more successful integration of new employees
