The decision to obey the gospel is one of the most important ones you'll ever make, but it's only the beginning of your journey of faith. At baptism, you become a Christian - then comes a lifetime of living Christian. Your thoughts, actions, and attitudes will need to be brought in line with the One you now follow - Jesus Christ. He's not asking you to be a martyr; He wants to put your life on display so the world can see a living Christian. Elizabeth Tinius teaches middle school in Rhome, TX and holds an MA in curriculum and instruction. She has been actively involved in mission efforts, ladies' ministries, and teaching Bible School classes. She and her husband are raising four children and attend Argyle Church of Christ in Argyle, TX.
