Learn to listen and listen to learn. While I have complied with these words and am excited to share them with you, I have listened and learned how they have been interpreted and misinterpreted. How in the world could this happen? "I know what I said. "True, you may, but were you understood?
How often do we ask for clarity? Assumption is a road traveled without noticing the signs. Like a road sign, we need to be just as attentive to our words as the people in the audience. Words are powerful; however listening will hit the target.
