Born in the barrio of Los Chinos in Ponce, Puerto Rico, and raised with early responsibility as the oldest of ten children, Enrique's life is a testimony to the power of discipline, faith, and inner light.

Through his 26-year career in the United States Navy, Enrique learned from great leaders, difficult leaders, and everything in between. As a Hispanic man whose first language was Spanish, he faced challenges because of his accent, but instead of allowing those obstacles to define him, he chose to sharpen his communication, strengthen his leadership, and become a force for others. His story reminds readers that true leadership is not about recognition - it is about impact.
