Discussions about language, its structure, meaning etc, have

gained important position in pliilosophical discourses. Language

has been an object of philosopher's concern. It can be traced back

to the very ancient times. So it reveals that analysis of language is

not a new trend in the domain of philosophy. It begins with Greek

philosophy. However, there are some fundamental differences in

the nature of analysis in the ancient and the contemporary

approaches.
