This collection brings together prose poems written over two decades by the Australasian poet, Stephen Oliver. The collection ranges widely, from satire to myth and folk tale, but finds its centre in a series of meditations on age and the fragility of memory. All are written with brio. Oliver has developed the prose poem into tightly-wrought gems, prose raised to poetry.
