National Emergency Security Chief James Donovan finds himself knee-deep in a conspiracy to kill the sitting President of the United States and take over the Democratically elected government by military force. More than 5,000 American soldiers and right-wing mercenaries are involved in a plot that includes members of the Cabinet, and members of the U.S. Senate.
