This collection of poems comes in the fourth year of grieving the sudden loss of my father, followed by the passing of three dear friends. As I leaned into the sadness and learned to sit with my grief, layers of prior losses rose to the surface. like bittersweet memories that brought me back to center. Learning to heal from the inside out.
