• I am George Richards, I was born in Kingston Jamaica West Indies where I Specialized in Food and Beverage Service. love to come up with creative and innovative ideas relating to my skill area, especially in the art of bartender in the latter years. I believe in giving back to my country hence, I went to the VTDI. Vocational Training Development Institute where I gained a Diploma in Instructing. I started working as a Trainer with HEART in 2002 in hospitality skills, I hope you enjoy the various recipes in this book. Have fun trying out these sumptuous beverages and I hope you enjoy them.
