A small town in the southern Philippines, ruled by a political dynasty, is shaken by a series of gruesome and mysterious killings-first of dogs, then of random townspeople. Reports spread across social media that a strange creature is behind the murders, and panic spreads around the town.

The young mayor's wife, Marta, notices something no one else in town has: all of the creature's victims are men. As she delves deeper into its history, she uncovers dark secrets that begin to unravel the town's twisted mystery-and the truth behind the strange creature terrorizing its citizens.
