Reconstruction of plate tectonic histories of India, Iran, Turkey, Arabia and Africa. A set of map figures are provided to show how southwestern Eurasia was assembled during the Precambrian Era and how plate tectonics shaped the region throughout geologic time, to its present day configuration. Intended for secondary, community college, and first year undergraduate studies in plate tectonics, paleogeography, and general geology.
