Sheri Chinen Biesen examines Andrew Davies' media adaptations of Jane Austen from BBC's "Pride and Prejudice" (1995) to "Sense and Sensibility" (2008). Finally, Anthony Ballas offers criticism of "Studios Before the System: Architecture, Technology, and the Emergence of Cinematic Space" by Brian Jacobson.
