Integral Yoga and the Vedopanisadic Knowledge Tradition is a humble attempt to trace out the influence of Vedopanisads in the formulation of the Integral Yoga by Maharshi Aurobindo. In this book, Integral Yoga is explicated philosophically with a view to trace out the Vedopanişadic marks on it. Internalizing Integral Yoga as an experiential knowledge, the author exposes its different dimensions. The method and language used is simple which helps readers to easily cognize how Integral Yoga is different from other yoga systems. The author has ventured into the analytic study of various Vedopanişadic texts in its Sanskrit textual form to ensure precise interpretations and elucidation.
