The Inspiration Mixes Charity cookbook is a unique mix and match cookbook that allows you to choose individual recipes to create over 35,000 combinations of meals that are gluten-free! Inspired by my grandson Sean, who is autistic and gluten intolerant, this cookbook offers many choices of simple to make gluten-free meals. The proceeds of the cookbook go to the Autism Treatment Center of America for scholarships, like one we received for Sean.
