When we do anything relating to holistic wellness, metaphysical, and/or related to some creative endeavor, we tend to visualize it in our mind's eye: a person being healed or blessed from a distance, that person, place, situation or condition that we're trying to manifest, that new drawing or painting; you get the idea. But really what we're doing is actually In-Visioning or Imaging, particularly if we're in altered or meditative-state when we're doing it. It is my goal therefore, by writing this book, to have you use your spiritual practice of Mystical Meditation, Scientific-Prayer, and In-Visioning properly and effectively. I will review within the context of this book (from my previous publications) among other things, the proper and effective ways to meditate and do Scientific-Prayer, along with In-Visioning/Imaging, and integrating all into your life, to form a complete and effective holistic and spiritual practice that you will use for yourself, and in service, to assist other in having a higher quality of life.
