In today's world of hyperactivity, hyper creativity, so many innovations are suffering and will continue to suffer from scattershot attention. In other words, before a product is given thorough attention, something new hits the market and attention is shifted from the already existing product. Basing on the above, my so much loved book titled "Years of abundance and years of shortage" became a victim. It did not get the required attention and so it did not make my desired impact. Going around that challenge, I choose to rebrand the idea and put fresh on it to see to it that I achieve the original objective of waking up people to think ahead, plan and prepare for the inevitable frightening realities surrounding the time unlived called the future.This book is geared to wake you up on the reality that Uganda is changing for both the good and for worse. In other words, the future of Ugandans inevitably has two sides; joy and sorrow, abundance and shortage, etc.
