My efforts were to convey feelings every person has experienced in plain English. I believe that the expression of human emotion is of the utmost importance. The Hidden Life

I am sorry that I left you standing there,

With your tears of sadness and care,

Because I did not know from the very start,

About the hidden life within a woman's heart.

As I linger in the land of sleep before I awaken,

Lost in the darkness of the night,

I wonder which direction I should have taken,

But I still remain unsure if I was right.
