When Monica's younger sister Vera was a little girl she wrote a letter

to Santa, she asked how she could become an Elf, and so this story

was born. After keeping it under wraps for many years she decided to

share it with the world. Monica is a 2007 graduate of the Institute of

Children's Literature. Originally from Belleville, NJ she now lives in

Carson City, NV.
