Everyone gets worried sometimes, but there are kids that feel worried about just about everything: the dark, new experiences, or leaving family members overnight. It's all OK to feel--but it's important for kids to be able to name what they feel in order to get help. This book presents the times we may become worried and how we can deal with this emotion in simple, short sentences. The text encourages social and emotional growth through self-expression while full-color photographs show faces that show the emotion to aid readers' recognition of this feeling in others.
