Mistakenly, he kills two federal agents trying to serve him tax evasion papers, but failed to identify themselves. Now in county jail, he faces a life sentence. Tony Blanco meets a young hustler named Quincy, whom he passes his knowledge of the game to. Upon Quincy's release, he goes from average street hustler to a full-blown cocaine connect. But before getting out of jail, Quincy was warned not to bite the hands that feed him.
