'Versatile' nuns from the local convent, an offended Japanese tourist most proficient in karate, an aggressive US airman, an astonishingly corpulent man who displays a fantastic degree of flatulence, a spoilt little boy called Buckley, a wheelchaired paraplegic able to project phlegm with jet-like velocity and pinpoint accuracy, an entertainer claiming to be the 'World's First Trisexual' all impede the couple's welfare and togetherness.

As the couple spirals towards catastrophe, personal and collective carnage ensue, ensuring that the couple's long-awaited Big Day is anything but a joyful occasion.
