Rich in period detail, Home Sweet Home Front is a kaleidoscope of rationing, wartime telegrams, and goodbye kisses... of the USO, boy meets girl, and blue stars in the windows... of Lux Radio Theatre, overcrowded Pullmans, and the St. Louis Browns.
