This is a collection of modern poems that encompass many relevant yet diverse subjects including; love, relationships, addiction, local history, animals, death, grief, betrayal, homelessness, politics, the effects of social media, religion, spirituality, science, depression, mental health, sexual desire, fantasies, friendship, family, nature, murder and burlesque dancing. The poet writes directly from her heart and soul, sharing many personal experiences. She writes about the subjects and the people she feels most passionately about, taking care to do justice to their stories as well as telling them in a beautifully descriptive and unique manner.
