Cynthia E. Cowen is a Christian resource writer and liturgical evangelist. She has written and published numerous programs for women, youth, and special congregational events. She holds a B.A. degree in education from Northern Michigan University and has completed requirements for certification as an Associate in Ministry in the ELCA. She is a former member of the Board of Directors of the ELCA Board of Publications and is president of the Northern Great Lakes Synodical Women's Organization Executive Board.
