It's hard enough to get kids to eat healthy, let alone read these days. If your child will get involved with a book that helps to do both, I say more power to you. Kids need to eat healthy, and they need to start at an early age. By actively getting involved with a book that teaches this, it will help your child out. Sometimes seeking counsel from a third party has a bigger influence, rather then hearing the same stuff from parents day in and day out.
