Growing Years is a book written to create awareness in both adults and young people about growth and developmental changes that occur in the human body during man's existence on earth.

Growing Years highlighted the stages of growth and development from conception to death; with particular focus on the 'Adolescent and Youthful developmental years. This stage is very important in man's life; whatever element man develops most, out of the positive and negative elements of growth determines the type of lifestyle one lives and adult such an individual becomes. For instance, a person that possesses positive essential elements will be a useful, responsible and reliable adult and will be of great benefit to his family, community and or organization; while the person with negative growth of element will be detrimental to many people, including himself and the community.
