Brown, director of the security studies program at Georgetown, is co-editor of the journal International Security (Harvard University Press), the leading academic journal in the security studies field. He was for several years co-editor of the leading book series on security studies, published by MIT Press, while he was teaching at Harvard. This is not simply another book about terrorism.
