Jim Eisfeller is a retired federal bank regulator, having worked for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and served the public and banking industry over his thirty-five-year career. He currently is engaged in various community and charitable works and serves on several religious, civic, and business boards and committees.

Jim makes his home with his wife, Deb, in Byron, Illinois. They have two adult children, Justin and Trent. They also have a grandson, Elias, and, as of this writing, are expecting their second grandchild in the spring of 2018.
