This book, GoYoga, is based on a show hosted by Daria Harlow Bedi. The rhymes in this book were written to show the yoga poses Daria loves to do. The illustrations are by Umi Bedi, Daria's grandmother, a well-known artist from Bangalore, India. Daria's grandmother has been a yogi for many years and loves to share her knowledge of art and yoga with Daria. Daria's show 'Time Out Daria' is also inspired by baking recipes from her grandmother, or 'nani' as Daria calls her. This book is to inspire mindfulness in children while entertaining them with short tales and fun rhymes.
