gomzi is an artist who has gained popularity for creating original characters such as students "Rin" and "Yuuna", and vampires VIVI and MIHO, and for depicting immersive situations and the relatable charm of young girls.
gomzi is in charge of character design for VTuber hololive DEV_IS ReGLOSS Otonose Kanade and Mashiro Kiyomi from "Utahime Dream". gomzi has also illustrated the light novel "Sakura no yona kimi ni, bokuwa eien no koi o suru" ("Like a Cherry Blossom, I'll Love You Forever") by Takahiro Kizuki and has created illustrations for games, music videos and VTubers.
Although the illustrations are digital, gomzi's style is characterized by soft, lightly layered painting and gentle lighting effects, which has gained popularity among a wide range of people for its analog-like texture despite depicting beautiful girls.
