God has the final say or answer to any issue, condition, or circumstance. Even if the devil boasts that he has won (or is wining), it is just because God kept quiet (has not arisen). Who are the devil and his cohorts before the Almighty God? Who can say No, when God has said Yes, or say Yes, when God has said No? Nobody! For their words and desires cannot prevail over the Word of God. What God says is what will stand and prevail!
