"Futureselves" are the visions that we have for ourselves in the future. This book covers how these visions are central to our understanding of human behaviour, as inherently goal driven. It covers these concepts both scientifically and practically, exploring both impact on behaviour, as well as a guide on how to use Futureselves for self-knowledge and self-improvement.
