It is the end of times as far as anyone is concerned. The dead have come back to life, but not like how the world is losing its mind over. They are our friends, family, and loved ones and they know who they are, but that hasn't stopped extremist groups from springing up. The undead are demonized and the living who are close to them are being used as "bartering chips" against the risen.My name is Les and I was there in the cemetery when the first of them set foot on the earth. He was my best friend. I was there for his funeral. It's understandable why everyone would be frightened, but things have gone too far. We have been on the road, running from an extremist group that is trying to get to my friend, at least, that's what I thought at first. It turns out that my part in all of this was a lot bigger than I could have ever feared and I'm terrified. Fear is what drove me to run. Fear is what kept my feet moving. It was the wisdom of others that pointed me in the right direction. Now, with the guidance of my wonderful wife and the masters and legends we've met, I'm finally accepting my part in this Apocalypse.
