Did you know that being abused even just once as a child can have a profound impact on one's life? The guilt and shame from that single experience can keep you suffering in silence and feeling alone. However, there is good news. These emotions and negative feelings can be overcome and you have the strength within yourself to conquer it all and to break free. I want to share my story with you. A story of how I broke free from the chains of guilt and shame, and found peace. We all deserve to enjoy life, find happiness and, be able to love and trust ourselves and whom we have become as adults. My wish is that this book will inspire you to work through and face all the emotions and turmoil that you feel, encourage you to find the strength to ask for help and to provide you with the hope that you too can find blue skies and sunshine again.
