Flags, flags, and more flags...This colorful book is divided by continents, with a flag of each country in that continent. It also includes continental maps to give a geographic context. The book gives students a chance to look at the similarities and differences between flags - to notice the words, symbols, colors, and more that differentiate one country's flag from another's. Great for geography lessons for students of all ages. This edition has been modified slightly from the original one - to include several paintings showing "Flags in Art" and to include a page for notes.
