The Telework Enhancement Act of 2010 requires the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) to submit an annual report to Congress addressing the telework program of each executive agency. The act also required us to review OPM's first report and submit a report to Congress on the progress each executive agency has made towards the goals established under the act. We fulfilled the mandate with a briefing to staff from both committees on our preliminary findings during the first week of May 2013. This report transmits the final briefing slides and includes recommendations we are making to the Acting Director of OPM. See enclosure I for the briefing slides.
