Fading of the Gray is a book dedicated to those who chose to fight for what they believed was right during the American War Between the States. Several well known along with many forgotten men and women are remembered and paid homage to their sacrifices. From the ashes of that terrible war rose the phoenix, which is the very fiber of our American heritage and history. We must remember those unsung heroes as well as those whose names correspond with the era. Fading of the Gray is filled with interesting tidbit information, original poetry, stories of heroism and courage of those men in gray and blue. Fading of the Gray is considered to be a good educational tool for the War Between the States student and or buff.
