The Grand Canal, a symbol of Chinese culture, reflects the wisdom and effort of the Chinese people and serves as a bridge connecting China to the world. It traces the canal's evolution from a trade route to a cultural conduit, showcasing local customs, traditions, and cuisine shaped by the canal.
