It takes sun and rain to make plants grow. In the same way, it takes good times and bad to keep us growing. The issue is not if we will go through transitions or not, but what we will do when we go through them; how we will grow; or will we die trying to keep things the same. There are people dying little by little each day as they flounder in unforgiveness, doubt, bitterness, depression, or any number of reactions humans have toward the complexities of life. It is my prayer that those who read this book will come to see that with God, truly all things are possible. Any time of change in our lives can and should be a time of learning and growing. Any adversity has the possibility of being the beginning of a great discovery of God's infinite joy.
