The inhabited planet is similar to Earth, however a completely new form of communication is encountered with amazing organic technology and telepathic powers. Learning a new language from the beings of Eftiam, Gavens forms a bond with the all-seeing Imo Macos. The crew members and the Eftiam-ites form a connection bringing them closer, and together they join forces to try and battle the mechanical-ites. Time will tell if the Earth-ites are able to make Eftiam their new home.
