This book is my experiences through out life and struggle with cutting (a form of self harm) and how I am over coming it in the end. It shows what life is like being Bi-polar, OCD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, PTSD, and Borderline Personality Disorder. Written from my perspective from my journals. It is meant to feel like you are reading my journal as the events take place in the book.
