Loosely based on the joint FBI/ATF Operation Backfire that decimated the Earth Liberation Front (ELF), this story imagines what would happen if like-minded groups adopted the more extreme tactics of today's terrorists and what it might take to stop them. It is a scenario that is all too real, and a threat not widely known to the American public.
