After witnessing a horrific suicide, Jared, and his friends suspect that the suicide wasn't an isolated event. The five teenage friends, tech savvy and hackers extraordinaire, decide to dig into the suicide. It doesn't take them long to uncover evidence that the suicide that Jared witnessed was not an isolated event. The suicide, they discover, is part of an organized effort by an unknown group to see how far they can manipulate people through the use of cell phones. While Jared and his friends probe the suicides and search for the trigger mechanism for the suicides, they draw the unwanted attention of the unknown manipulators, and they suffer consequences that none of the teens ever expected.
