The stories focus on the reader using their emotional literacy skills as part of the Social, Emotional Aspects of Learning (SEAL) programme taught in schools across the UK. SEAL encompasses 5 key skills: Managing Feelings/Motivation/Social Skills/Self Awareness/Empathy These stories have been written to provoke discussion with the readers as well as promoting positive social and emotional skills.
